  Awful customer service. Walked in and was not greeted in front of the store with no salesperson in sight. About 10 minutes later I was approached by a young salesperson. I was looking at coffee table and end tables. Had asked questions about the items along with prices and if there were any current sales going on. The guy didn't look like he knew the answer to my questions because he kept going back and forth to his shift supervisor and coming back with an answer. He seemed like he was under trained for his position. I asked about warranties and asked if the pieces I wanted were in stock. Turns out zero in stock and that it was on back order until September. I was not interested in placing an order and having to wait 3 months. Asked if it was possible to purchase the pieces on the floor in cash. After exchanging information back and forth and decision-making for 40 minutes I was then told that he couldn't sell me the pieces on the floor due to company policy. Instead of wasting my time, he didn't make an effort to tell me that from the start. I will not be going back to this store in the future. Went to Ashley Furniture afterwards.

  Great customer service. Bought 2 recliners and paid cash. Plus $99 delivery. Was supposed to be be delivered on 12-22-17 between2 and 6. Never showed up. Called numerous times. Seems noone knows where their delivery people are because they want answer their phone?? We even already got rid of furniture to make room and here we sit with empty living room right before Christmas! I am beyond upset! Just want my money back!!! 9:23 PM --3 1/2 hrs past 6 and still have nothing!!!
