  For certain niche products in goth, teen, or music culture, Hot Topic is pretty much the only place to go. All of their goods are way higher priced than they should be, and the quality of the shirts is abysmal. I've had shirts from Hot Topic begin losing their hem within a month of purchase. The saving grace of this store is that the employees are awesome. They'll greet you as soon as you enter the store, ask if you need help with anything, and give you a plethora of information about any questions you ask. Customer service is top notch.
