It's a bummer when you hear that this sort of thing happens a lot with contractors. No show or they're flakey. I wish they would just follow-up and be honest why they can't get back to you soon. Not sure if they're too busy, don't want to tackle on a large remodel project or just want to do flooring projects. Anyway, this puts a bad taste in my mouth about this company and will tell others about my experiences with them.
