  Don’t waste your time! Stay at home - have your own sale - whether it be in your yard, Facebook Marketplace, EBay, Mercari. Etc. Every time I think I will give them one more try, it gets worse. This time, they bought absolutely nothing, when some-of it was brand new items with tags. Yes those items may have not been the hottest name brand, they still looked better than some of their name brand items for sale that had MAJOR piling and are typically items I donate. As I was time pressed and desperately needed a pair of jeans, I did make a purchase, but I made sure it was the cheapest pair I could find that would suit me at the moment and not patronize their store anymore than I had to. As far as their sales clerks, they were very polite, but some of the items I brought in, looked better than what they were wearing. I hope this helps someone when thinking about taking their items to Plato’s Closet. Who knows they might buy a piece or two of your cleaned closet? But for me, I’ll sell my own items each and every item. If not all, I know I will sale more and make more than Plato’s Closet will offer. Lesson Learned!
