  Nice and clean store. Our salesperson was Erik. He modeled the various beds for us. Explaining all features as we had questions. Led us through the demo, our pressure points, sleeping positions, etc. We liked him. Overall these are highly regarded beds. Variable firmness, elevating legs and heads; cooling blankets and more. However, it's hard to get past the price. Mattress stores operate on huge margins, as much as 50% or more. Sleep Number likely no different. You can buy the mattress, pads, various technologies and frames, easily getting into the thousands. It's up to you if it's worth it.
