  Got my engagement ring resized to a larger size here.. It came back in the time they estimated, but two days later my diamond fell out. ** Update: Zales gave me the run around when I asked them to fix the diamond. I was finally told a manager would call me back with a decision and they never called. Now, the area where the ring was resized is damaged. It has little marks where the "silver" is coming off. They had my ring longer than I have had it. I do not wear the ring to work for fear of damaging it. I work 5-6 days a week for 8hour+ shifts.....that doesn't leave a lot of time for my ring to be damaged by normal wear and tear. It stays in my jewelry box otherwise. I was warned too late about Sales. They all ready had my ring when I received stories from friends and relatives of their shoddy work. Sadly, I found out the hard way just how little they care for people's property.
